THE ROOTS of our new FRESH FRITES concept go back to 1967. That year Bram Ladage himself started a fresh frites stall on a Dutch street market. Each day he received fresh potatoes and cut them by hand in front of the customer. 50 years later Bram Ladage became the fresh frites market leader in the Netherlands, all because of the pure focus on the ultimate quality experience. Over the years we have steadily grown our business, surrounding ourselves with strong and visionary partners and over 500 highly trained and motivated employees.

Since fresh frites are rapidly becoming more and
more popular around the world. We believe that it is our purpose to let everyone in the world enjoy our fresh frites. But we wouldn’t be BRAM’S if we didn’t add a unique twist to our plans to grow internationally. That is why we created a brand new BRAM LADAGE 3.0 FOOD CONCEPT, based on 50 years of experience, knowhow and raw passion; BRAM’S Gourmet Frites.

At BRAM’S we prepare the best tasting, fresh and hand-cut Gourmet Frites, topped with delicious Stoofs (meal toppings), co-created by the authentic Dutch culinary chef Herman den Blijker. Our fresh food is served from a new and unique Food Container Shop; a Dutch shipping container, rebuilt to a multi-flexible Food unit, designed by some of the best architect-teams in the Netherlands. BRAM’S offers a whole new food- and service experience.
